STEPHEN LOVE
LEAD PASTOR/ELDER
Family: Stephen has been married to his bride Mandy since 2010. Together they have 4 kids: Stephen Jr (2012), Elias (2014), Jade (2015), and Simeon (2017).
Role: Stephen serves as the Lead Pastor (planting pastor). A third-generation native of South Bend, he returned with his family in 2019 to plant RCC. His passion is to see disciples made who display the love of Christ in every sphere of the city. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Moody Bible Institute, a master’s degree from Reformed Theological Seminary, and a certificate in history from the University of Oxford, England.
Interests: In his free time, Stephen enjoys spending time with his family, speaking alongside his wife at FamilyLife Weekend to Remember events, reading, golfing, listening to vinyl, watching Notre Dame football, and being a self-proclaimed Denzel Washington superfan.

MANDY LOVE
EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATOR
Family: Mandy has been married to her best friend, Stephen, since 2010, and they have four children: Stephen Jedidiah Jr. (2012), Elias Nathanael (2014), Jade Ruth (2015), and Simeon Joseph (2017).
Role: Mandy serves as Executive Administrator, creating systems that help the church run smoothly and supporting staff development. She also oversees the Gospel Justice Center and Women’s Ministry.
Interests: Mandy enjoys being active outdoors, homeschooling her kids, and spending time at local coffee shops. She also teaches fitness classes at the Kroc and loves traveling with her husband as they speak at FamilyLife Weekend to Remember conferences across the country.

EMENIM ANDREWS
STUDENT MINISTRY DIRECTOR
Family: Emenim has been married to Sarah since November 22, 2020 and is father to his two boys Zeal (2025) and Shiloh (2026).
Role: Emenim serves as the Student Ministries Director where he gets to support families in helping their students to go from learning to living as disciples of Jesus. He oversees the youth ministry here at RCC.
Interests: Emenim loves spending time with his family, listening and playing music, working out, hanging out with friends, cruising, and pickleball.

LONI HENDRICKSON
WORSHIP FACILITATOR
Family: Loni has been married to Jared since 2003 and is mother to four children: Josiah, Aylwin, Jedidiah, and Aliyah.
Role: Loni serves as the Worship Ministry Facilitator where she helps oversee the creative vision and direction for our gathered times of worship. From time to time she is also blessed to serve other ministries in the community in this way.
Interests: Loni enjoys being in nature - especially creating and tending to her wild garden. She also enjoys making delicious meals for her family on the rare occasions they're all at home. She loves dancing and laughing with friends, playing softball, being in warm climates, and loves riding 4 wheelers in the woods.

JARED HENDRICKSON
STAFF SUPPORT/ELDER
Family: Jared has been married to Loni since 2003 and is father to four children: Josiah, Aylwin, Jedidiah, and Aliyah.
Role: Jared serves as an Elder and supports the staff in any way he can, predominantly managing technical things behind the scenes and helping with business aspects.
Interests: Jared enjoys golf on occasion, house repairs regularly, and athletic competition at all times. He is also huge fan of pretty much everything his wife and kids do.

DAVID SMITH
ASSOCIATE PASTOR/ELDER
Family: David has been married to Ruth since April 2015 and is father to Ellie (2022).
Role: David serves as the Associate Pastor where he gets to support the staff and help ensure RCC's mission is carried out in our daily operations. He also oversees our City Groups, Hospitality Team and Prayer Team.
Interests: David loves spending time with his girls, reading, pickup basketball, and frequenting local coffee shops.

LAURA BORCHARDT
CHILDREN'S MINISTRY DIRECTOR
Family: Laura has been married to her high school sweetheart, Curtis, since 2009 and is mom to Hailey (2011), Mason (2014), and Leah (2015).
Role: Laura serves as the Children's Director at RCC. She loves helping kids know and experience the love of Jesus by equipping volunteers and creating meaningful, engaging spaces where children can learn about God and his redemptive love.
Interests: Laura enjoys reading, yoga, and watching movies, as well as spending time outdoors with her family exploring forest preserves, biking, camping, and skiing.

Emmanuel williams
CHURCH PLANTING RESIDENT
Family: Manny has been married to his wife, Zenova, for 7 years, and together they have two children, Uriah and Azari.
Role: Manny serves as a Church Planting Resident, a leadership development role focused on preparing him to be sent out as a church planter. In this role, he is being equipped in all aspects of ministry while supporting the mission and day-to-day life of RCC.
Interests: Manny enjoys spending time with his family, fitness, dancing, coaching, developing leaders, and building strong, Christ-centered community.
