STEPHEN LOVE
LEAD PASTOR/ELDER
Stephen is the husband of his beautiful wife Mandy (married in 2010), and the father of their 4 kids: Stephen Jedidiah Jr. (b. 2012), Elias Nathanael (b. 2014), Jade Ruth (b. 2015), and Simeon Joseph (b. 2017). Stephen is a 3rd generation native of South Bend.
Stephen received his bachelor's degree from Moody Bible Institute, his masters from Reformed Theological Seminary, and a certificate in history from University of Oxford, England.
He has a heart to see disciples of Christ made in the city of South Bend.
He is the self-proclaimed biggest Notre Dame and Denzel Washington fan!

MANDY LOVE
EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATOR
Mandy married her best friend in 2010 (first met in 7th grade) and have been blessed with four beautiful children. Mandy and her family moved to South Bend from the Chicagoland area in 2019 with the call and vision to start a church.
Through Mandy's past experience of being a youth director at a local church, an executive for a non-profit in an under resourced area, and education in Social Work (BSW from the University of Kansas), she is beyond grateful to utilize her experiences to serve the body of Christ. She truly desires to see all of Christ's disciples to love the Lord holistically.
Mandy's biggest joy is being Stephen's "sword alongside" and her children's mother. When she is not homeschooling or serving the body of Christ, you will find her outside being active or at a local coffee shop. Fun fact- she recently became a certified fitness instructor through Revelation Wellness (a long time goal that she completed BEFORE she turned 40).

RANDALL DAVIS
PASTORAL RESIDENT
Randall Davis, Is the Husband of his beautiful wife Angel Davis, and the father of 6 wonderful children (Gabrielle, Randall, Righteous, Royal, Hannah, and Alainah). Randall has served as a Youth Pastor for over 6 years in the city Waukegan IL. Currently He serves as the Pastoral resident at Redemption City Church in South Bend IN. His passion is seeing lives changed through the preaching and teaching of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

LONI HENDRICKSON
WORSHIP FACILITATOR
Loni is the bride of Jared, the most tangible picture of Christ’s love in her life. Together they have 4 children: Aliyah Marie (13), Jedidiah Scott (15), Aylwin Elisabeth (18), and Josiah Samuel (19).
She loves to be in nature as much as possible - especially when there is heat, 100% humidity, and sand!! Keep her in your prayers since she lives in the arctic. A little known fact: she can throw a football or softball further than the rest of the RCC staff (false).
The Lord drew her and revealed His glory through a worship in song experience at the age of 17. In view of this mercy on her life, she is passionate about doing the same - facilitating a space where seekers can encounter God's presence and worshippers can worship Him in spirit and in truth.

JARED HENDRICKSON
CITY GROUPS PASTOR/ELDER
Jared has been married to his wife, Loni, since 2003, and has lived in downtown South Bend since 2013. Together, they have four children - teens and up! He is a fixer at heart, and so spends most of his time trying to repair both his ancient home and his current relationships. He loves music and sports, and on occasion, he gets a chance to golf with his friends, which is always a highlight!
His heart is for the church to be equipped and empowered to live out the gospel in their homes and neighborhoods around South Bend. Every living room - a sanctuary. Every coffee table - an altar. Providentially, he leads the organization and vision of RCC’s City Group structure, which exists to build the church through home and heart connections as we Abide with God, Connect with others, and Go with a mission of compassionate truth.

EMENIM ANDREWS
STUDENT MINISTRIES DIRECTOR
Emenim is the husband to his best friend and amazing wife Sarah. They have been married since November 2020.
Originally born in the great country of Texas to Nigerian immigrants, he now has resided in South Bend for the last 20 years. Emenim has a heart to serve and walk along others in their discipleship journey. He is passionate about helping others to share the love of Christ outside the four walls of our gatherings.
Emenim enjoys playing music as well as trying new foods and restaurants.

RACHEL MENDEZ
MINISTRY CARE COORDINATOR
Rachel has been married to her awesome husband Orlando since 2006. They have 2 teenage children and a mini schnauzer named Angus. She was raised on family land in New Carlisle. In addition to Indiana, she has lived in Texas, Virginia, and Illinois. Her love for her family and desire to raise her children near family is why she and her husband chose to call South Bend home in 2008.
Rachel has worked in many atmospheres from retail to academia and learned a lot about people along the way. She firmly believes that every person’s story matters and we all deserve second chances. Rachel has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, which has served her passion for understanding others. She longs to see broken hearts healed and God's design for the family unit restored in South Bend.
Some of Rachel’s favorite things are reading, crafting, decorating, autumn camping, coffee, beetles, finding new favorite songs, and dancing like a fool with her children. One thing on her bucket list is to be a mascot so she can share this joy of dance with others…all for the glory of God.

DAVID SMITH
PASTORAL RESIDENT
David is the husband of his amazing wife, Ruth (married in 2015), and the father of their adorable little girl, Ellie (1). David received his bachelor's degree from Bethel University and has served in various ministry roles since 2015. He grew up in the Michiana area, has lived in South Bend since 2021, and longs for the beautiful people of South Bend to know the love and hope of Jesus Christ. David currently serves as a Pastoral Resident at RCC and also works at one of their partner ministries, Transformation Ministries. He is an avid reader, an NFL football lover, and a slightly below average pick-up basketball player!
